Your contribution has made a meaningful difference in our students' learning experiences, and we are truly grateful.\r\n\r\nSince receiving the new materials, students have been actively using them during our hands-on design and STEM projects. One especially memorable moment was during a recent project where students created their own designs for keychains and bubble wands. They worked through challenges like adjusting size, shape, and structure, and used problem-solving strategies to revise their work. It was powerful to see students take ownership of their learning—testing, reflecting, and improving their designs with excitement and persistence.\r\n\r\nWhen the materials first arrived, the students were immediately engaged and eager to begin. Their curiosity was evident as they explored the tools and asked thoughtful questions about how they could bring their ideas to life. There was a strong sense of pride and motivation, knowing they had access to real tools that designers and engineers use.\r\n\r\nAs we move forward, students will continue refining their designs and expanding into creating cookie cutters as part of our next phase. They will apply what they've learned about design, measurement, and iteration while also integrating creativity and cultural connections into their work. They are not just hearing about kindness or resilience—they are actively creating messages that reflect those principles.
