When my students first saw the hug balls, breathing pals, and sensory fidget tubes, they were so excited and full of questions. We talked about how we all experience different emotions and how these special tools can help us feel calm, comfortable, and ready to learn.\r\n\r\nThe students have really enjoyed using the materials. Some hold the hug balls while they work, keep the sensory fidget tubes on their desks, or have Kyle the Koala nearby while completing assignments. I especially love seeing students encourage one another to use a hug ball when someone is feeling upset. Even students from the class next door have come over to borrow our hug balls or Kyle!\r\n\r\nI am incredibly grateful for your generosity. These tools have helped me create a calmer, more supportive classroom where students have resources available when they need a little extra comfort. Games like Sum Swamp, the Adsumudi Math Game, Money Bags, and Zingo 1-2-3 turn skills like addition, subtraction, multiplication, and money recognition into something students want to practice, not just have to. The Pretend & Play Cash Register adds a whole new layer of hands-on learning, letting students apply math to real-world situations they can actually picture themselves in. They especially love the cash register! \r\n\r\nThe classroom tools you provided make just as much of a difference behind the scenes. The set of mini whiteboards gives every student a way to show their thinking and get instant feedback during lessons, and the filing cart keeps our growing collection of games and materials organized and easy to access. We use the white boards very frequently and is used through all the grade levels I teach ( 1,2,4,6). They love the math games so much that they often ask if they can play them during recess! These games have helped them become more fluent with their math skills, and I've noticed a boost in their confidence. Their overall attitude toward math has become so much more positive, and it brings me joy to see them excited about learning.\r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw all of the new math games and materials, they were thrilled. They kept asking when they could start using them. Even the carpet sweeper has become a classroom favorite. The students actually take turns and sometimes even argue over who gets to use it because they think it's so fun. The desk pencil holders have also made a big difference. We used to have pencils constantly falling on the floor or going missing, but now that each holder is attached to the students' desks, they always know where their pencil is, and we no longer have the daily complaints of \"I can't find my pencil!\"\r\n\r\nYour support has truly transformed our classroom environment and because of your generosity my students are more organized, more engaged, and more excited about learning.
