When they first saw the table, they were so excited, they all wanted to immediately crowd around it, amazed that they could write directly on the surface. Next, we'll be using the table during our expressions unit, where students will create visual models of expressions, compare strategies, and explain their thinking in a more engaging, hands-on way.
