I initially created this campaign because I cannot provide the necessary supplies for my classroom on my own. I try my best to supplement things when needed, but sometimes that is not enough. Thankfully the Donors Choose platform and you were there to help! \r\n\r\nWe are currently using all of the materials in my science class! I absolutely love the posters. They were such a great addition to my classroom. Students now have colorful reference tools to aid them when they are stuck on a concept. I aim to promote independent thinking and learning. I want students to reflect on what they have been taught before asking me for help. The posters help them do just that- they can easily look at the wall for clues. The students noticed them immediately when I put them on the walls. \r\n\r\nIn addition, because I teach science, I am constantly cleaning up! The cleaning supplies are heaven sent! Lastly, the paper will truly help me towards the end of the school year when my school runs out of copy paper. I now have a stock of paper ready to use for foldables, booklets, and worksheets that are used in their interactive composition notebooks.
