Because of your support, we were able to create a PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) store where students can spend their \"Gotcha Bucks\" on special rewards. This project has had a truly incredible impact on our students, providing them with a tangible way to celebrate their hard work and positive behavior.\r\n\r\nA New Way to Learn and Grow!\r\n\r\nMy students and I are using these new resources every single day. The store is designed to reinforce our school's \"4 B's\" philosophy: Be Here and Ready, Be Respectful, Be Responsible, and Be Courteous. Whenever I see a student demonstrating one of these behaviors, I hand them a \"Gotcha Buck.\" The excitement on their faces is so rewarding!\r\nWe set a specific day each week for students to \"shop\" at the store. The first time we opened it, the students were absolutely buzzing with excitement. I saw their eyes light up when they saw the shelves filled with toys, games, and art supplies. One student, who had been saving their bucks for weeks, beamed from ear to ear as they counted out their currency to buy a new puzzle. Another student, who often struggles with staying on task, worked hard all week to earn enough bucks for a small toy car. This project has given our students a renewed sense of purpose and motivation in the classroom.\r\n\r\nWhat's Next for Our Students?\r\n\r\nYour donation has created a new level of engagement and excitement in our classroom. Looking ahead, we plan to use the PBIS store as a way to encourage even more collaboration and community. We're currently working on a classroom project where students can earn bonus \"Gotcha Bucks\" for working together on a group task. We hope this will further reinforce the importance of respect and teamwork.\r\nWe are so grateful for your contribution and for the opportunity to share our classroom journey with you.
