The cabana is a safe, comfortable spot for her to get out of her wheelchair, sit in the shade, and socialize with friends. Although she was at the forefront of our minds when creating this project, it has been mutually beneficial for all students within the Department of Exceptional Education and General Education. Being in Georgia, our Summers, Springs, and Fall can be brutally hot, so this Shady Socialization corner is a delight!
