I received the iPad described in my project and it has been a huge asset since the beginning of the school year. Each day, the staff are able to track the students' behavior on it and share that progress with the students so that they are able to beginning to learn how to self-monitor their behavior. Having the updated technology has made a world of difference in efficiency. What used to be a 7-step process for each student, has now been taken down to a 2-step process. It is making it not only easier for us to use, but has also allowed us to be able to track behavior even when I am absent, as a substitute is able to easily navigate the process, and this has led to better behavior when a substitute is present. \r\nSo thank you from the bottom of my heart. Keeping my students motivated can be challenging at times. The awards I received through this project have been a big hit!! My students work towards their weekly goals are feel extra special whenever I recognize their hard work. \r\n\r\nThe supplies that were provided were very much needed and appreciated. I don't receive donations from parents.
