The kids loved playing with the sports balls for recess. I loved that they were foam and easy for the kids to manage in their hands. The beach balls were used as an end of the year gift to celebrate the end of Second grade. The kids signed their names and wrote a message for others to remember them by. The sharpie markers and scissors have come in handy for our Everglades, fair, and St. Patrick's Day projects. Students were able to be creative by drawing, coloring and cutting materials to use for each project. My second graders love the beautiful calm carpet, they use it to sit and chat with a friend or just calm themself by reading books. The two fidget mazes are great for calming and relaxing my students that get overly stimulated during a lesson or activity. I just hand it to a student in need and it relaxes them for 3-5 minutes, then they can refocus and participate in a more productive way.
