Socially & academically some students struggle. School is not always easy for every student. The students I work with tend to be 1 to 2 grade levels behind. In today's world, technology plays a huge part, it can reach kids that may not be reachable with the traditional teaching methods. A lot of my students, I have to think outside the box on how I am going to teach them. Fortunately, there are so many exciting ways to use technology to reach each student, on each academic level. It can be a struggle to find age appropriate material when a student is functioning below grade level. My goal is with these tablets to allow my students to use different learning apps, social skill apps and to have access to different educational videos.
