We had a class discussion about how we can work together and help hold each other accountable by encouraging more positive behavior. I have an individual reward system using class dojo, but since implementing the class reward jar, it has been fun seeing them all work together as one to successfully reach the goal set for them. Seeing their reactions when I give them a flower or two for positive behavior as an entire class is also empowering! When I introduced the jar to them, we had a conversation about fun rewards we can choose from once the jar is full. I have a cup filled with ideas on small pieces of paper. Students have really been loving the fun after seeing the jar full for well deserved behavior. Thank you again! The zipper center bags have also been helpful to stay more organized in my classroom. No more bulky container bins and students can grab them easier than bins.\r\n\r\nThe wobbly cushions have also been a huge hit in my classroom. During small group or snack time, I consistently have a few students asking if they can sit at my desk with me and I love the company and the freely conversations that we're able to have! It adds fun and comfort to those who struggle to sit still.","fullyFundedDate":1758801179894,"projectUrl":"project/elevating-the-youth-one-material-at-a-ti/9685616/","projectTitle":"Elevating the Youth One Material at a Time","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Leboffe","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-5_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9158129"},{"teacherId":9708600,"projectId":9320162,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for supporting Just for Girls project.\r\n\r\nWe have been able to replenish our supplies that were extremely low or none.
