They took care of different plants and observed that different plants had different needs. They were taught how to cut a vining plant properly and propagate them in mason jars. It gave them great joy to help take care of plants in the classroom and see the results of their dedication. Their biggest highlight was taking home things that they successfully nurtured such as their Mother's Day gift! \r\n\r\nThis project fostered their sense of patience, stewardship, pride in their classroom environment, and respect for nature.
