This modeling helps my students recognize patterns within words more quickly. Many students expressed how good it felt to be recognized for doing the right thing. The excitement quickly turned into motivation, as students began encouraging their peers and reminding one another that working together helps everyone succeed.\r\n\r\nBecause of this project, students are now more engaged in setting behavior goals and reflecting on their choices.
