The moment the students saw the new prizes and rewards, their faces lit up with excitement and joy. These incentives have become a powerful tool for encouraging positive behavior, hard work, kindness, and academic effort throughout the school day. Students are motivated to stay focused, complete assignments, participate in lessons, and make positive choices because they know their efforts are being recognized and celebrated in meaningful ways.\r\nWe have already begun using the treasure box and incentives as part of our classroom management and reward system. One special moment happened when a student who had been struggling with staying on task worked hard all week to earn a reward from the treasure box. The pride and confidence on their face when they finally got to choose an item was unforgettable. The incentives have helped create a positive classroom culture where students encourage one another, celebrate successes, and feel excited to come to school each day. Even small rewards have made a big impact on student motivation and engagement.","fullyFundedDate":1771612137686,"projectUrl":"project/treasure-box-treats-for-first-graders/10089564/","projectTitle":"Treasure Box Treats for First Graders","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Higuita","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp5623940_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1721091201300","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/5623940"},{"teacherId":4049699,"projectId":9798225,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for all your donations to our project. Your donations truly brightened our classroom and brought so much joy to my kids.\r\n\r\nWhen the boxes arrived, their faces lit up with excitement. They could hardly wait to open everything and explore what was inside. The toys have made recess something they really look forward to. I see them laughing, playing together, and including everyone in new games. They love having a quiet space where they can take a deep breath and then come back ready to learn.\r\n\r\nThe treasure box has become one of their favorite parts of the week! It's been amazing to see how motivated they are to work hard and show kindness just for a chance to pick out a small prize. And the snacks... those have made such a difference.
