They became so much more organized and engaged with their text. Their overall favorite has been being able to highlight and annotate for key features and author's craft. I have noticed an increase in their organizational skills as well as their reading comprehension skills. It was especially great to assist those students who still did not have these basic materials. Not only does it provide them with an opportunity to engage with the text and keep their work organized, but it provides them with a better overall mental state since they do not feel left out or worried that they will lose their papers.\r\n\r\nIt is because of the resources that were provided that all my students are now able to participate in annotating and engaging when reading. They have been excited to put down the screen and have simple interactions with text. This engagement has led to higher participation in class discussions and group activities.
