A specific, shining example is how much the students have loved using their privacy folders during testing. These folders are more than just a barrier to wandering eyes; they've become a personal, safe space for each student. This seemingly small addition has created a calmer testing environment where students can focus entirely on their own paper and thoughts, leading to less distraction and more confident work.\r\n\r\nThe students' reaction when they first saw the materials was overwhelmingly positive, particularly with the privacy folders. The initial moment was one of excitement and curiosity. However, the true benefit was revealed when we started using them consistently. With the personalized affirmation and inspirational quotes, turning them into a source of quiet motivation and comfort. For students who grapple with testing anxiety, these folders have become an anchor, reminding them of their capabilities and helping them self-regulate. We've seen a noticeable shift: students who would previously rush or get discouraged now take a deep breath, read their favorite quote, and persevere. My students are loving all the new additions to keeping our classroom more organized, and our basic supplies to keep our small group instruction meetings connected. My students are even using the seats, when we are not meeting at the table for our small group instruction time. \r\n\r\nThe rolling cart has been a great addition to my computer station to travel to get our small group instruction resources at hands reach, and the dry erase markers have been a great used for our independent work time, at their desk. They love using it, to write on their desk for our introduction to our math lessons, especially. \r\n\r\nThe addition of a personal whiteboard with an easel and markers has been a game changer, during our small group time.
