Having 10 flexible seating chairs already, I was able to manipulate and manage sharing those chairs amongst 25 students. However during this difficult time of the pandemic, I know that all of my students will love to have his or her own chair during this social emotional learning (SEL) time. Flexibility in seating will allow my students to wiggle and move in their seats and learn during this difficult time. Having more wobble chairs will decrease anxiety as well as germs during COVID-19. It will also eliminate the amount of stress having to decide which students will be able to use the chairs for the day. Lastly, it will increase my students' learning and decrease their anxiety… emotionally and socially.
