They all sit very nicely because they want a turn. \r\nThe alphabet groceries were a fun way for students to practice recognizing letters of the alphabet while at the dramatic play center. \r\nThey love to play with the alphabet alligators. For some of my students, blocking out extra noise makes a huge difference in their ability to concentrate, follow directions, and complete their work independently.\r\nOne of my favorite things has been seeing how excited the students are to use them. We have several consumables that are used throughout the school year. The Kraft paper is for students to paint on in the art center. They get to take their masterpieces home with them. I am using the velcro strip and dots to hang things up in the classroom. I use them for hanging pictures up that need to be moved around and to hang up the curtains to cover up the materials on the shelf. \r\nStudents have to wear their badges all day now, so we go through the badge protectors frequently. The rug tape is for keeping the rugs from moving on the floor, which keeps everyone safe. These points were able to be used for a variety of items in the school store, which was comprised primarily of 3D print items! They store was a major hit with our students and our scores are beginning to reflect the effectiveness of this program as they are coming in! We truly enjoyed the whole process of making items for students and having them work toward the rewards that they wanted, teaching hard work and perseverance.
