They are learning to identify the letters sounds associated with the pictures they see. These books have been helpful to them because of all the colorful pictures. It is solidifying their learning of letters and sounds.\r\nLastly, the giant 100 chart has been a blessing. The students no longer have to squint their eyes to find the numbers they need. It has helped tremendously in teaching to count by 1s, 5s, 10s. They also can now find the numbers that come before or after.
