Students were excited to explore the different activities and learn ways to identify their feelings, manage big emotions, and practice self-regulation.\r\n\r\nOur Mindfulness Garden provided students with hands-on opportunities to explore the importance of mental wellness in a creative and engaging environment. Through these experiences, students were reminded that all feelings are okay and that learning how to respond to those feelings is an important life skill.\r\n\r\nThe learning doesn't stop at the garden! We will continue reinforcing these strategies through our social-emotional learning lessons, individual and small-group activities, and everyday classroom experiences.\r\n\r\nYour support helped us create a meaningful experience for our entire school community.
