While reading The Color Monster, students used colorful pom-poms to classify and represent different feelings. The new table have given them additional opportunities for hands-on exploration while developing fine motor skills, communication, cooperation and problem-solving through play.\r\n\r\n\r\nNext, we will begin our study of trees in our community and Central America. Students will use the table to explore natural materials, make observations, ask questions and learn through hands-on experiences.
