Their eyes lit up with curiosity and excitement! The moment I introduced the Tuff Tray, they gathered around, eager to explore what we would do with it. Some even asked, \"Can we use it every day?\" and the answer has been a joyful yes!\r\n\r\nThe Tuff Tray has quickly become the heart of our classroom for hands-on learning. We've used it in so many ways already — from sensory bins filled with letters, numbers, and seasonal materials, to math centers where students explore sorting, counting, and patterning using the Rainbow Pebbles.\r\n\r\nWe've also started using the tray for art projects. The raised edges keep everything contained, so students can be free to create without worrying about messes. One of their favorite activities so far has been to paint the words they are learning during structured literacy!\r\n\r\nThe tray has also been the perfect space for STEM challenges. Students are currently building webs and trying to see how many spiders will fit on their web. The open space and shared materials encouraged problem-solving and collaboration in such a natural, engaging way.\r\n\r\nThank you so much for supporting this project. Because of you, our classroom has become an even more dynamic, creative space where learning feels like an adventure, every single day.","fullyFundedDate":1755955236165,"projectUrl":"project/learning-through-play-hands-on-explorat/9618707/","projectTitle":"Learning Through Play: Hands-On Exploration for Young Minds","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Delaney","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp3523941_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1457812112375","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/mrsdelaney31"},{"teacherId":6287394,"projectId":9039807,"letterContent":"The students were so excited about the soccer ball goals. These resources have played a crucial role in strengthening the connection between families and the classroom, allowing parents and caregivers to become active partners in their children's education. By sending engaging and accessible materials home, families are more involved in daily learning activities, which has helped reinforce key skills and foster a supportive learning environment beyond the school walls.\r\n\r\nAs a result of this increased family engagement, I have seen students become more confident and motivated, knowing that their learning is valued both at school and at home.
