In first grade we use computers to further their learning. For reading we use iReady, which challenges them and teaches them reading when they are doing independent work. With the help of quality headphones they are able to hear the words that they are being asked about. They are able to watch the learning videos and hear their answer options accurately. \r\nMy students were so excited when I showed them their brand new headphones. They were all so excited that the ear cover cushions weren't falling off and that they actually work. Before I had about half of my headphones that wouldn't work consistently.
