Balance balls will help my students work their core strength as well as provide opportunities for movement. This will incorporate more flexible seating opportunities as well, which promote activating student responsibility and choice. The balance ball bundle will be a great classroom resource for flexible seating options. The balance balls will provide students with alternative seating choices and movement breaks. Students will benefit from the balance balls physically and intellectually. Studies have shown that students are more engaged and focused when flexible seating is used in a classroom environment. Flexible seating is a great alternative to traditional classroom seating options, which are pretty limited.
