I received a few boxes each day and we opened them as a class. Each one of their faces lit up as I held up new items for them to use. They were so excited about one specific item that we opened them all up and tested them out right away! They LOVE the mini magnetic drawing boards. Since opening them, we use them as tools for writing quick math facts and partner quizzes. \r\n\r\nOne of the items with the biggest impact on my room was the pack of headphones. Most of my students come into class without a pair of their own. These are crucial for testing season. We took fall tests on chromebooks in mid August and every single student was able to have headphone. This allows them to listen to the videos and brain breaks during this exam. Without headphones, students miss a lot of what they need to be successful on this computer based exam. \r\n\r\nAgain, we could not be more thankful for the abundance of generosity that you've shown our classroom and we can't wait to keep using our supplies!!","fullyFundedDate":1746554824242,"projectUrl":"project/success-comes-in-all-shapes-and-sizes/9163926/","projectTitle":"Success Comes in All Shapes and Sizes!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Davis","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-9_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9636216"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_41347","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":280,"numTeachers":32,"percentFrplEligible":69,"percentAsian":1,"percentBlack":2,"percentWhite":27,"percentIndigenous":1,"percentLatinx":59,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"K - 5","studentTeacherRatio":"8.8:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"UNCLASSIFIED","ncesMetroType":"SUBURB_LARGE"},"inStateSupporters":85.3,"schoolId":41347,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Eugene Field Elementary School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Eugene Field Elementary School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/colorado/littleton-public-school-district-6/ugene-field-elementary-school/41347"}
