Introducing kids to new sports and activities is my goal in P.E. class. Broadening their horizons and helping them to discover the joy in movement will make them healthier and happier all life long. Lacrosse is not traditionally played by our largely Hispanic population. Trying a new sport will energize and unlock new skills, and maybe even open doors for some. The cones would be used for goals, a lot of softballs​ to launch and catch will give them hours of recreation. I plan on having several lacrosse sets available during recess. This will give them lots of opportunities to practice, and hone their skills. The sky is the limit...
