The new resources have already made a significant impact on both my teaching and my students' learning experiences. One specific classroom project that stands out is our mindfulness unit. With the new materials, my students were able to learn self regulation strategies to help calm their minds when they found themselves stressed. They used the materials to focus their brains on learning. \r\n\r\nWhen my students first saw the materials, their reactions were filled with excitement and curiosity. They were especially eager to use the yoga mats, which allowed them to have a dedicated space. It was a moment of true engagement and enthusiasm.\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, the next steps in this project is to continue to add onto our toolbox of self regulation strategies.
