These new seating options have quickly become a favorite learning spot for my students and have added a sense of comfort and choice to our daily routines.\r\n\r\nThe bean bags have been especially helpful during our independent reading block. Recently, we launched a project called \"Book Buddies,\" where students pair up to read the same text and discuss characters, problems, and themes. During our first session with the new seating, two students settled into the bean bags together and immediately became immersed in their book. They read, whispered predictions to each other, and even used the soft seating to create a small \"reading nook\" where they felt focused and confident.
