Wiggling and moving helps the students learn with a different modality. They need to be able to move but remain in one location. When they are at a conventional desk, a wobbly chair gives them range of motion while being in a more confined space. The students will be able to write in their journals at their desk while giving them the ability to move. They will be able to read and rock. They will be able to complete math equations and rock with rhythm. "Sit and git". Thinking is movement and movement is thinking. Movement strengthens learning, improves memory and retrieval and enhances learner motivation and morale. By moving, the students can grow their brains and dendrites can cross over to expand neurons.
