Our class was so excited when the package arrived. When we unboxed the package there were squeals of delight. The headphones were immediately used. The students were able to work on their assignments as well as complete assessments. The students were able to concentrate and focus more without disruptions from other students exclaiming,\"I can't hear.\" Now all students are able to hear well with their new colorful wired headphones that they. We also use our yoga to lift us up in the middle and end of the day. The students have also used the materials such as the yoga balls and rubber bands to stretch and strengthen our bodies. We will continue to practice and use the yoga techniques in the classroom as it has been part of our daily routine and has helped calm our bodies and mind.
