The students were able to concentrate and focus more without disruptions from other students exclaiming,\"I can't hear.\" Now all students are able to hear well with their new colorful wired headphones that they. We will continue to practice and use the yoga techniques in the classroom as it has been part of our daily routine and has helped calm our bodies and mind.
