Due to COVID we have taken a step back from the typical sports focus and really shifted gears to be all about fitness! Students have been forced to stay at home, with little space to move and be kids! Upon returning to school, I will continue to keep my focus fitness based. Having equipment stations allows for small group of students to interact with one another while still following the guidelines of working out safely. My students need you, to help them continue a fitness based physical education class that allows them to interact with their friends socially, while still being able to work on a healthy lifestyle. By having these kettle bells, matts, and jump ropes the students can have equipment of their own that can be sanitized in between each class.
