Thanks to your kindness, we received a variety of tools that are already making a meaningful difference in our students' daily learning experiences.\r\n\r\nThe wobble cushions have been a wonderful addition to our flexible seating options. Many students who struggle with sitting still are now able to focus more effectively while still moving their bodies in a safe and controlled way. It's amazing how this small change has helped improve attention and engagement during lessons.\r\n\r\nOur new sensory stress balls and fidget rings have been incredibly helpful for students who need subtle ways to manage their energy and emotions throughout the day. These items have allowed them to stay calm and regulated without disrupting their learning or their classmates'. They've become go-to tools for helping students stay grounded and focused.\r\n\r\nThe calm strips have added another layer of support, especially for students with anxiety or sensory needs. Having a small, discreet item they can touch during class has helped many of them feel more secure and better able to handle challenging tasks.\r\n\r\nFinally, the reading trackers have made a big difference for students who struggle with attention or tracking while reading. These simple tools have helped improve reading fluency and comprehension, and they've built confidence in students who used to feel overwhelmed by reading assignments.\r\n\r\nEach item you helped provide is used daily, and I see the impact on my students' focus, confidence, and emotional well-being. Your support has created a more inclusive and responsive classroom environment, and I am truly grateful.\r\n\r\nThank you for believing in our students and for investing in their success.\r\n\r\nWith sincere appreciation,","fullyFundedDate":1758752419595,"projectUrl":"project/helping-minds-focus-sensory-tools-for-n/9661754/","projectTitle":"Helping Minds Focus: Sensory Tools for Neurodivergent Learners","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Jimenez","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp1801471_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1523389905949","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/1801471"},{"teacherId":10036888,"projectId":9373477,"letterContent":"Thanks to your generous support, our classroom library has grown in exciting ways this year, and our students are thriving as readers!\r\n\r\nMany of our new books have introduced students to essential skills like retelling stories, identifying main ideas, expanding vocabulary, and making connections to their own lives. It has also been so nice to read these stories during Hispanic Heritage Month! These texts provide opportunities for students to practice comprehension strategies in engaging and meaningful ways.
