For many students, this school year is their first time returning to full in person learning after over a year away from being in their desks. Students have been home sitting in different parts of their home as they engaged over zoom and had flexibility with their movements. Students benefit from natural movement to stay focused and engaged during their learning. By donating to our project, you will not only promote natural body movement to increase student attention and focus, you will also help their transition back into in person learning. My students enjoy activities that allow them to move around the room and move their bodies. Giving students choice in their seating and providing opportunity to get the wiggles out can greatly impact my students academic achievement and comfort in the classroom.
