The mirrors made our practice space feel more professional and showed the students that others believe in and support their growth.\r\nNext, the team will continue using the mirrors to refine choreography, improve technique, and prepare for upcoming performances. These resources will help our dancers build confidence, become more precise, and grow as both individual performers and a unified team. The wedges have been a total game-changer for teaching foundational gymnastics:\r\n Incline Cartwheels & Rolls: Beginners use the downhill slope to build momentum and master forward/backward rolls with correct neck alignment.\r\n Handstand & Bridge Progression: The elevation gives athletes the crucial height support needed to push up into back bends and hold strong, kick-over positions safely.\r\n Back Handspring Drills: Our intermediate cheerleaders use the mats to practice their back handspring entry angle without the fear of falling on a flat floor.\r\nOne favorite moment happened during our first practice with the new mats. A student who had been struggling for weeks to kick over from a bridge tried it on the wedge incline. With the extra angle support, she flipped over on her very first attempt! The entire room erupted into applause, and her confidence completely transformed in that single second.\r\nNow that our team has mastered basic spatial awareness and elevated tumbling mechanics, we are moving into routine creation.
