Words cannot express the joy fourth and fifth graders had while building structures to apply earthquake magnitudes, or a roller coaster to make a tiny car went down. \r\nTeachers from other classes made so many positive comments about these experiences. The lesson was set up with defining concepts like magnitude, foundation, gravity, and angles.
