In that moment, each of us realized that our dream of creating a Writer's Paradise in our classroom had become a reality because a community of angels, many of whom we had never met, cared about us and were willing to take action to ensure that we had access to high quality and engaging writing materials.\r\n\r\nMy students see themselves as authors and enjoy writing about a variety of topics. Spooky Halloween, Winter Wonderland, Math, and How to Be a Friend books can be found throughout our classroom. They are writing letters to friends, family and even Santa Claus! They love using gel markers to add details to their writing and illustrations.
