Your support and commitment to my students mean the world to me.\r\n\r\nI wanted to share an important update regarding our classroom plans. Due to technology restrictions in my new school district, all classroom tech hardware must be purchased directly by the district, and outside devices cannot be connected or supported.\r\n\r\nBecause of this restriction, I had to pivot my strategy to focus on another essential area of growth for my students: social-emotional connection and engagement. Rather than purchasing monitors, I decided to use these funds to build a collection of interactive games for our Friday classroom sessions. These games will give students a low-pressure, fun way to collaborate, build trust, and come out of their shells while connecting with their peers. Because our independent study students complete most of their coursework online, opportunities for face-to-face interaction are rare. I hope you'll agree that these resources offer a vital bridge—giving them a dedicated space to build meaningful peer connections, practice social-emotional skills, and feel truly supported in their learning journey.\r\n\r\nThank you again for making these valuable learning experiences possible for my students!","fullyFundedDate":1782321961511,"projectUrl":"project/double-the-screens-double-the-dreams/10292586/","projectTitle":"Double the Screens, Double the Dreams!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Chamberlain","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp209238_orig.png?crop=450,450,x0,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1774398821485","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/chamberlain"},{"teacherId":209238,"projectId":10271836,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generous support of our classroom project, Calm, Cool, & Connected: A Nature-Inspired Learning Space.\r\n\r\nBecause of your kindness, our Baler Bridges and Virtual Academy learning space is being transformed into a soothing, nature-inspired sanctuary.
