Breakout Edu puzzle provides the opportunity to practice working with other people. It also provides other students the opportunity to practice leadership skills. \r\n\r\nIn addition to the social aspect benefits, the academic benefits are also significant. Students get to practice their Reading skills, Math skills, and Problem Solving skills. The puzzles allow students to access, and exhibit their academic strengths. \r\n\r\nWhen I assign puzzles students prefer to work in partners or small groups. Students like to discuss, and share their ideas. They enjoy listening to each other's ideas and trying strategies they did not think of.
