They loved the little flexible prongs on the bottom of the cushion to fidget with during instruction without disrupting others. Those cushions are truly a life saver for me because now my students who otherwise would have lost focus during the lesson are turned in now. They are able to wobble around and fidget with the soft spikes on the bottom while they stay focused on what I am explaining. My students are much happier sitting on those and I am a much happier teacher because of it. \r\nAs for the bean bags...my students absolutely lost their minds when they saw the new beanbags added to our reading nook! They were begging me to be able to read there every chance they had! We had to start a raffle system so students could win a chance to sit in the bean bags for equity purposes since EVERYONE wanted to sit in them! The bean bags are comfy, fun, and look great in our reading nook. They were a great addition! We love them so much! \r\nThank you so much for allowing my students this opportunity to enjoy these items. It makes their classroom feel more comfortable. It makes learning more fun. With the behavior tools and inspiration funded through this project—like a calming corner, behavior chart systems, fidget tools, and positive reinforcement materials—students now have the support they need to self-regulate, make good choices, and feel successful.\r\n\r\nI've seen a noticeable change in classroom culture. Students are more engaged, respectful, and motivated, and they've taken real ownership of their actions. The calming corner has become a safe space where students can take a moment to regroup, while reward systems have boosted morale and encouraged consistent positive behavior. Most importantly, my students feel seen, heard, and supported.\r\n\r\nThis project has made a lasting difference in their day-to-day experiences and has helped lay the foundation for a safe and nurturing environment where learning can truly thrive.
