The Lego WeDo kits that I am requesting will help my students foster their capacity for innovation, collaboration, and creativity--classic career skills that we all want for our future generation! As a title one school, our students often do not receive as many growth mindset experiences at home as their worldly peers. Legos are a classic children's toy that helps develop a plethora of skills. By making STEM skills fun and relative with Legos and technology, my students can foster skills that will give them opportunity to compete in a 21st world. The WeDo program will give them opportunity to practice innovation, collaboration, perseverance, and engineering in an exciting way!
