The training you helped paid for gave me a solid foundation for how to explicitly teach writing and teach kids to enjoy it! \r\nWith Think SRSD (Self-Regulated Strategy Development), students are given a clear and solid way to take their ideas and help develop them into cohesive sentences, then paragraphs, then essays. We're not to the essay part yet, but we are able to start with POW (We pick ideas, organize our writing, through pulling apart our prompt and ordering our ideas, and then finally write). \r\n\r\nCurrently, we are working on our own version of \"The Three Little Pig\" story.
