Music instruments provide students with a powerful outlet for self-expression and regulation. Playing an instrument gives children a healthy way to release emotions, whether they are feeling excited, frustrated, or calm. The rhythm and sound can help them shift their energy, soothe overwhelming feelings, and find focus. Instruments also encourage creativity and collaboration, as students can make music together, listen to each other, and build connections. By incorporating music into our wellness center we are giving students another tool to support their social and emotional well-being.\r\n\r\nI am so thankful for your generosity.
