The rug is also used during instruction, providing each student with an individual space to call their own on a smiley face. It is the perfect size to give students plenty of room to grow as they transition from being 4-year-olds at the start of the school year to the 5-year-olds who will soon be promoted to kindergarten!\r\n\r\nThe rug has also been a huge hit during free-choice time, when students choose what they would like to work on for an hour each day. It has been transformed into a grand train station, a cozy place to read board books, and the epicenter of many creative block-building projects.\r\n\r\nBoth current and former students are in awe of the rug!
