Your generosity has made a meaningful difference in the daily lives of my students, and we are incredibly grateful for your support.\r\nThe organizational tools you provided are helping students stay organized, manage their materials, and build important executive functioning skills. Many of my students benefit from additional structure and support, and having access to these resources allows them to spend more time focused on learning and less time searching for supplies. These tools help create a classroom environment where students can be successful and independent.\r\nThe snacks have quickly become one of the most appreciated resources in our classroom. Having snacks available helps students stay focused and energized throughout the school day. It also reduces the number of students leaving class during instruction because they are hungry or need a quick pick-me-up. When students' basic needs are met, they are better able to participate, engage, and learn.\r\nWe are also very thankful for the tissues. While they may seem like a simple item, they are used every day. Whether it is allergy season, a cold, or just a runny nose, having tissues readily available helps students stay comfortable and focused in class. It is one of those classroom necessities that always makes a difference.\r\nOne of the most exciting additions has been the seat cushions. Many of my students benefit from movement and sensory supports during class. These cushions provide a comfortable seating option for students who are naturally wiggly or have difficulty sitting still for long periods of time. The cushions allow students to move subtly while remaining engaged in instruction, helping them regulate their bodies and maintain focus. This simple support has already helped students stay more attentive during lessons and classroom discussions.\r\nAs a special education teacher, I work with students who have a variety of learning needs. The resources you provided help create a classroom environment where students feel supported, comfortable, and ready to learn. Every item donated serves a purpose and helps remove barriers that can interfere with student success.\r\nMost importantly, your generosity sends a powerful message to my students. It shows them that people they may never meet believe in their potential and care about their education. That encouragement means more than you know.\r\nThank you for investing in our classroom and helping provide the tools, supports, and resources our students need to succeed. We appreciate your kindness and generosity and are grateful for the positive impact you have made on our school community.","fullyFundedDate":1770149605611,"projectUrl":"project/maintain-classroom-sanity/10066117/","projectTitle":"Maintain Classroom Sanity","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Anderson","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-8_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10420875"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_24979","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":1510,"numTeachers":60,"percentFrplEligible":37,"percentAsian":18,"percentBlack":1,"percentWhite":25,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":45,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","percentHawaiianImputed":0,"percentMultiracialImputed":7,"gradesServed":"9 - 12","studentTeacherRatio":"25.2:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":false,"metroType":"SUBURBAN","ncesMetroType":"SUBURB_MIDSIZE"},"inStateSupporters":59.3,"schoolId":24979,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Ann Sobrato High School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Ann Sobrato High School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/california/morgan-hill-unified-school-district/ann-sobrato-high-school/24979"}
