I have also noticed that students are more likely to pick up a book and read during free moments throughout the day. The donations have helped create a classroom environment where reading feels accessible, exciting, and something students can truly enjoy!\r\n\r\nI have noticed that some of my students who were previously hesitant or less enthusiastic about reading have really benefited from having access to the new books. The increased variety has allowed students to find books that match their individual interests, whether they enjoy animals, humor, sports, fantasy, or adventure. Some students have become especially excited about certain books and will immediately share them with their friends or ask if they can take them home. I've also seen students who typically need encouragement to read choose to pick up a new book on their own. \r\n\r\nIt has been incredibly rewarding to see the donations spark genuine excitement about reading and help students see themselves as readers. I have several students taking books home and even reading during their recess to earn the t-shirt quickly. It really boosts their reading levels and everyone is excited.
