The magnetic tiles quickly became a favorite during our STEM center—students worked together to build towers, houses, and creative structures while practicing teamwork and problem-solving. Their smiles and pride in their creations showed just how much these materials mean to them.\r\n\r\nThe Letter Crayons Word Building Center and Play-Doh phonics activities have brought new energy and engagement to our literacy lessons. Students now use the letter crayons to build CVC words, practice beginning sounds, and spell their names. At another table, students roll and shape Play-Doh letters to form words in a fun, sensory-rich way. These tools have made phonics more hands-on, motivating, and accessible—especially for students who benefit from tactile learning. As we continue building foundational reading skills, these materials will support confidence, creativity, and growth. Thank you for making this possible for my students.","fullyFundedDate":1757001399981,"projectUrl":"project/help-my-students-learn-play-and-grow-w/9643641/","projectTitle":"Help My Students Learn, Play, and Grow with Sensory Tools","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Clarence Pacaldo","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-2_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10179043"},{"teacherId":10179043,"projectId":9599568,"letterContent":"When my students first saw our new calming sensory space, their eyes widened with excitement. They immediately explored the soft cushions, sensory tiles, and fidget tools, and several students settled in right away to relax and regulate. One student who often has a hard time during transitions said, \"This helps me feel better,\" which perfectly captured the impact these resources have already made. We now use the space daily as part of our regulation routine, and it has quickly become a favorite spot for students who need a moment to breathe and reset.\r\n\r\nThe fun reward items you provided have also brought a new level of motivation and joy into our classroom. Students proudly work toward their incentives, and we've noticed an increase in positive behavior, focus, and perseverance. The rewards have helped build confidence and allowed students to celebrate their progress in meaningful ways.\r\n\r\nAs we move forward with our social-emotional lessons, these resources will continue to support students in recognizing their feelings and choosing tools that help them stay calm and ready to learn. Your generosity has truly created a more supportive and joyful environment for our growing learners, and we are so grateful for the difference you've made in our classroom.","fullyFundedDate":1756229945586,"projectUrl":"project/a-calming-sensory-space-and-fun-rewards/9599568/","projectTitle":"A Calming Sensory Space and Fun Rewards for Growing Learners","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Clarence Pacaldo","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-2_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10179043"},{"teacherId":470323,"projectId":9645385,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generosity. My students were so amazed that people would donate money to help them improve their learning! Thank you so much for making this world a little kinder for them. \r\n\r\nI wish you could have seen their faces as we went through each fidget/focus option; peer joy and gratitude shown clearly. They became even more excited as they realized that there was enough for all of them! So often, as a school, we get items to share, so everyone one has to take turns. With your donations, I was able to get more than enough focus tools so every student could use one. Unfortunately, a few were not able to take our gentle use and broke, but we still have plenty to go around!\r\n\r\nThe purpose of these tools is to improve focus, and for so many it has done just that. A little wiggle/movement of the hands limits the amount of larger body movement or vocalization that students often have. Their attention to tasks has improved as well! Thank you again. I was able to create a special place in my classroom. It is a beautiful little area.\r\n\r\nThe students have definitely been enjoying the new listening center. During my learning stations the students are offered two choices and this always is a first choice.\r\n\r\nI know that I will have this listening center for many years to come and many students to enjoy.
