The students were so excited to use them! I challenged my 3rd grade students to remember what they did in first grade when they had their bridges unit. \r\n\r\nAt first, they struggled to remember, but then it all came back to them! The groups started to compete against themselves to see how much more weight their bridge could hold. One group actually used up all of their weights that were given to them. The students mentioned that these were easier to use them the hex nuts that we had.
