Because of you, my students now have access to meaningful resources that are already transforming the way they learn and engage in our classroom.\r\nWith tools like the iPad, Apple Pencil, and Apple TV, students are able to interact with lessons in more dynamic ways—whether it's annotating texts, participating in interactive activities, or collaborating on projects. Technology in our classroom isn't just about screens—it's about creating opportunities for students to think critically, explore content more deeply, and take ownership of their learning.\r\n\r\nAt the same time, the additional materials you provided—like classroom headphones, copy paper, pencils, glue sticks, and organizational supplies—help ensure that every student has what they need to fully participate each day. The books and resources, such as Reading Like a Historian, World History in Documents, Fry Bread, and Abuela, Don't Forget Me, are especially powerful in helping students connect to history and diverse perspectives in meaningful, personal ways.\r\n\r\nWhat has been most exciting is seeing my students' enthusiasm grow. They are more engaged, more willing to participate, and genuinely excited to use these new tools. Even small things—like having their own set of headphones or access to colorful paper for projects—have made a big difference in how they approach their work.\r\n\r\nI've also seen particular students really come out of their shells. Some who struggled with confidence are now more willing to try and share their ideas, especially when using the iPad and interactive tools. Others who may have felt disconnected are now actively participating and even helping their peers navigate the new technology.\r\n\r\nBecause of your support, my classroom is a more inclusive, engaging, and inspiring place to learn. You've given my students not just supplies, but opportunities—to grow, to explore, and to believe in themselves.","fullyFundedDate":1770136684627,"projectUrl":"project/history-essentials-for-young-historians/9810303/","projectTitle":"History Essentials for Young Historians","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Diaz","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp10050802_orig.jpg?crop=1284,1284,x0,y552&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1749146302251","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10050802"},{"teacherId":8662367,"projectId":9588685,"letterContent":"Your generosity gave my students a great opportunity to explore color and texture in their work.
