Through this project based learning series of lessons and activities, students were able to visually see the difference between quantitate and qualitative data. They were able to collect and graph data points based on real, observable data. The connections to math and science were evident throughout the project. \r\nAdditionally, students expressed their joy and excitement for this project. They discussed the lifecycle of food and plants and could make connections between different forms of data visualization and multiple representations of the mathematics. There are several groups of students that visit the library during their breaks and they rush to get the games to play.
