Dear Reader,
As a first year science teacher and native Angelina, it is important for me to teach in my community and bring a creative approach to Physical Science education. This project will help students access spectrometry, wave forms, and chemical behaviors conceptually while helping them find creativity in critical analysis.
Hollywood High School is a title 1 school, my students range in learning styles and Learning Exceptionalities. My students will benefit greatly form these learning tools which will help conceptualize difficult and advanced topics while reconnecting to that childhood "wow" factor of science. Through spectrum tubes and a Chladni plate students will explore STEAM project based learning and new ways of finding scientific solutions to real world problems.
