My students have been so excited to discover what these owl pellets hold. Once they got over their initial surprise at what they were holding, they were excited to dig into the pellets. Students were able to compare their finished skeleton to what they researched. Some of their chromebooks are old and do not run as fast as newer technology, so creative projects can be slow to get through.
